Hi, my name is Adrienne and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. I am passionate about fitness, clean eating, and hormones! Stress management and adopting a healthy lifestyle are cornerstones to wellness.

I began my career as a Personal Trainer in 2006, after the birth of my son. I had always wanted to have a career that I was passionate about, one where I could make a difference in people's lives. This career enables me to have a positive impact on the health and wellness of others.  My focus is to optimize my clients fitness levels, enhance their quality of life, and help them to attain both short-term and long-term goals.

I became interested in Bio Identical Progesterone when I began experiencing the symptoms of Perimenopause, about 8 years ago.
