Make time for exercise

This is very true, we make time in our lives for those things we consider important. Think about your priorities, your health should be one of those items that receive priority.

I received a Fitbit for my birthday... I’ve fallen in love with it. As active as I am, everyday, there are many days where I would not be reaching my step goal. Even though I’m on my feet, all day, there are days when I would log in less than 5000 steps. Now, on days like that, I push myself to get a minimum of 10,000 steps in. Something about the fireworks on my watch that celebrate 10,000 steps just makes me determined!
